3. Pricing & Payments
 

• All prices are listed in INR (₹).

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

 

Cash on Delivery Policy:

• We accept Cash on Delivery orders.

• A ₹199 advance payment is mandatory to confirm and process COD orders.

• This advance amount covers confirmation and partial logistics handling.

• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.

• Orders without advance payment will not be processed.

 

 

4. Shipping Policy
 

• A delivery fee of ₹99 is applicable on orders up to ₹1999.

• Orders of ₹2000 or above qualify for Free Shipping.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location.

• Delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

 

 

5. Order Cancellation
 

Customers may request cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the order processing stage.
The ₹199 advance payment is non-refundable once the order has been confirmed, as it covers order processing, confirmation, and logistics handling charges.

Rasha Studio reserves the right to decline cancellation requests in certain cases, including orders that are already in processing or dispatched.
 

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• The issue is reported within [48 hours] of delivery.

• Proper unboxing video proof must be provided.

• We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days.

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website including images, text, logos, and designs belong to Rasha Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
 

 

8. Limitation of Liability:
